Jessica Paulino, founder of Golden Flor Wellness, is extremely passionate about supporting, educating, and empowering you to make soulful decisions for mind, body, and soul. Born and raised in Boston, Jessica has deep ties to the community and has created a rich and comprehensive network of resources for her clients. Jessica has a passion to serve her community via advocacy, maternal health, grief, and postpartum support.
Jessica became a Doula after her own fertility journey. She is especially passionate about supporting birthing persons who have experienced loss. She is a DONA-trained birth doula, Death Doula, Grief Coach and currently a Yoga Teacher-in-Training. Her families benefit from mindfulness, breathwork, and movement. She is active in multiple organizations including as a board member for TAGa and Propa City Community Outreach.
The journey to motherhood is different for everyone! Your family and you deserve to be loved, encouraged, educated, and empowered with non-judgmental and unconditional support. It is an honor and privilege to work with families during these sacred moments.
